Putting 30 years of Alternative Dispute Resolution experience and over a decade of research and teaching on sensitively resolving Indigenous heritage disputes to work for you.

Western and Indigenous Dispute Resolution

Drawing on 30 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and international commercial arbitration, in North America and Europe, and over a decade of research and teaching on process design for Indigenous disputes involving Indigenous peoples, Stacey Jessiman helps parties resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and tailored, culturally sensitive processes.

Stacey's work with Indigenous communities and dispute resolution experts, and her research and teaching at Stanford University and the University of British Columbia, have contributed to her broad understanding of Indigenous cultural heritage disputes and development of a specific process based on Relationship Building for resolving them.

Stacey is appointed as a member of the Mediator and Arbitrator panels of the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) in the Hague.
